JUNA Gym in Arera Colony, Bhopal

"Juna a disciplined place for serious work out. Excellent trainers humble talented and reachable.
Well equipped gym, open neat and clean.. what more..
This post is to express gratitude to Juna and the trainers here.
Now a small gratitude to my personal trainer … he made me do what I thought I wouldn’t be able to do. Everything I said it’s difficult for me , his presence technique and encouragement made me do it and now a clear improvement in strength and stamina with good musculoskeletal health. A multidimensional trainer who taught me mind muscle coordination, focus balance posture improving my overall endurance.
A special mention of Mr Sandeep Sahu the manager to ensures a disciplined environment
Highly recommended"
