1. Official Billing: All legal and financial transactions will be processed exclusively under the name of 'Emate Webs Solution'.

2. Content & Public Display: For Digital Profiles and Premium Pages, clients consent to the public display of their provided information, images, and videos on the internet.
   (क्लाइंट द्वारा प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी इंटरनेट पर सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रदर्शित की जाएंगी।)
3. Copyright & Accuracy: Clients hold full responsibility for the copyright and accuracy of all text, logos, images, and videos provided.
   (दिए गए सभी टेक्स्ट, लोगो, इमेजेस और वीडियो के कॉपीराइट की पूरी जिम्मेदारी क्लाइंट की होगी।)
4. Communication: All content collection and official approvals will be conducted via our official WhatsApp number: 7440824421.
   (कंटेंट प्राप्त करने के लिए हमारे आधिकारिक WhatsApp नंबर 7440824421 का ही उपयोग किया जाएगा।)
5. Payments & Renewals: Advance payments are mandatory to initiate services and are non-refundable. Subscription-based services require annual renewals to avoid suspension.
   (सर्विस शुरू करने के लिए एडवांस पेमेंट अनिवार्य है जो नॉन-रिफंडेबल होगा। सब्सक्रिप्शन सेवाओं का हर साल नवीनीकरण करना होगा।)
6. Custom Projects: Project timelines depend on the prompt delivery of content by the client. Third-party service costs (e.g., API fees) are borne by the client separately.

7. Rights Reserved: Emate Webs Solution reserves the right to suspend or delete any listing found containing objectionable or illegal content without prior notice.
