"Recently, I purchased a new EV scooter from the Shri Sai Hero showroom in Bemetara, and I'd like to share my vehicle delivery experience.
First and foremost, I extend my thanks to the owner of this showroom. He is incredibly humble and cooperative,He is genuinely investing in building long-term relationships with customers rather than solely focusing on sales. Furthermore, the staff's behavior is very supportive; they are truly the backbone of this showroom.

I ordered my Vida VX2 Plus on Flipkart on July 16th, and the expected delivery date shown on Flipkart was August 8th. However, just two days after my purchase, the showroom owner called me to inform me that my vehicle was ready, which made me very happy and I also received a discount from the showroom owner.

Although their past reviews were a little negative due to them settling into their new showroom and service operations
But they have now significantly improved.
